Location: Villas at Lonavala
Area: 20,000 sqft (plot area)
Description: Designed two bungalows cum Villas. One of 6bhk for client’s personal use and the other one is a twin bungalow of 4BHk each for commercial purpose. The site had a natural slope and hence the topography could be used in the design to create a stilt parking and reception and recreation area for the arriving guests. Located in a comparatively untouched neighborhood, the entire project proved to be one of its kind in the vicinity.
